The San Diego City Employees Retiree Medical Trust (SDCERMT) was established in 2012 by the unions listed below that represent City of San Diego employees.

  1. San Diego Police Officers Association (SDPOA)
  2. San Diego Municipal Employees Association (SDMEA)
  3. Deputy City Attorneys Association of San Diego (DCAA)
  4. American Federation of State, Country and Municipal Employees Local 127 (AFSCME Local 127)
  5. San Diego Lifeguards-California Teamsters Local 911

SDCERMT provides a Medical Expense Reimbursement Plan to eligible City employees. The Plan is designed to reimburse qualified medical expenses and premiums incurred by participants during retirement.

Benefits are administered on the Gallagher HealthInvest HRA platform powered by OneBridge.

After logging in, you can view your account information and activity. If needed, you can also check and update your investment allocation and profile details, including spouse, dependent, and contact information.
